How far in advance should I book your services?

This depends on the services you are seeking.

For our Full Planning Couples, we encourage you to bring us on board as soon as possible, as early as 18 months in advance.

For our Event Management Couples, once you have booked your venue, please reach out so that we can set you up immediately with access to your online planning portal and other guidance that will help with your wedding planning journey.


I am already working with a Venue Coordinator at my venue, how would we benefit from a Wedding Planner?

This is a common misconception. Venue Coordinators work specifically for the venue and in general, are responsible for ensuring the venue and its offerings are delivered as contracted. As Wedding Planners, our main focus is dedicated to your bringing to life your wedding day vision including communicating with you, your bridal party, and all of your vendors, orchestrating and disbursing event day blueprints, timelines, and maintaining your wedding day pace. We have established relationships with many local venues and their Venue Coordinators and Catering Managers and work hand in hand to ensure your wedding day is a great success. Venue Coordinators, in turn, get to be the best at their role and ensuring the space is functioning at top notch for your big day.



Where do you plan weddings?

We are located in Windermere, Florida, minutes away from Disney World. We plan weddings here locally in Orlando, Florida at many of our gorgeous venues. Being fully bilingual, we have also planned countless destination weddings in the Caribbean, specifically in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. We have also had the privilege of planning weddings up and down the east coast of the United States but now focus mostly on serving Central Florida and the Caribbean.


We are busy and can’t imagine adding yet another task to our daily lives. How much time would we save with LT Events as our Wedding Planner?

Time - the one commodity we’ll never get back, right? To put time into perspective, the average couple spends over 500 hours planning their wedding. Planning alone can become another job on top of your responsibilities that can easily become unnecessarily overwhelming. As experienced, Certified Wedding Planners, we have connections and long standing relationships with the best venues and vendors in the Central Florida and Caribbean market. By combining your vision and our expertise, your wedding planning woes can all be turned into wedding planning wows - doesn’t that sound better?



Do you offer day of/month of coordination?

Short answer is yes! Having been in the wedding industry for over eleven years, we know this service is far more involved so we have redefined this service as Event Management Services. To achieve the best experience, we believe your journey deserves additional value that starts approximately 3 months prior to your wedding day to make sure all lose ends are tied and don’t cause you unnecessary last minute stress. Among other details, we also include unlimited emails within this final stretch of time, 3 meetings including venue walk throughs, access to our online planning portal and more. Please note, we do limit the amount of Event Management packages we accept during wedding peak season (in Central Florida, that is September through May of each year).


We are getting married in Central Florida but we live in another state. Can you help?

Absolutely. As of 2021, we have seen a massive increase in destination weddings relocating their wedding celebrations to Central Florida. We don’t blame you one bit, and we welcome you with open arms! There are so many fun and festive ways to make your wedding day into a wedding week or wedding weekend celebration and we can’t wait to be your eyes and ears to dream up wedding details that suit you and your loved ones best.
