The Consultation

Because Wedding Coordination means you will be planning your wedding with access to our resources, and we will be collecting the information and making sure your wedding day is flawless, we need to first make sure we share the same communication styles. We do this by scheduling a complimentary consultation chat, learn about your wedding details so far, offer guidance, and ensure our communication is in lockstep with you.

Planning

Once you are officially onboard, we schedule your onboarding call, show you around our award winning wedding planning portal, share resources, offer monthly office hour check ins so we can help you along your journey, and make sure you are equipped to plan your wedding stress free.

Meetings

We will be with you for your tasting, and again about 2 months prior to your wedding day for a comprehensive hand off meeting, check in around one month prior to your wedding day, and again a week prior. We ensure your layouts have all the detailed information needed, we will create your wedding day timelines (guest, wedding party, and logistics), your wedding day playbook, and communicate with all your vendors to ensure we are all in sync.

Wedding day

We will be in lockstep with you managing your ceremony rehearsal and wedding day and you can rest assured we have all your details locked in and ready for you to enjoy your day making once in a lifetime memories with your loved ones!

For every planning company, this definition varies slightly so it's very smart to ask. For us, we want to equip you with all the resources possible to help you succeed while you plan your wedding. This includes access to our award-winning wedding planning portal, monthly office hours where you can schedule a 15 minute wedding planning clarity chat where we help you keep your momentum going, access to our heavily discounted rental shop exclusively available to LT Events couples, checklists, creation of your timeline, layout assistance, attendance to your tasting to share guidance and be in sync in your planning, and creation of your wedding day playbook so you know we are completely in sync with your vision. We are also manage your ceremony rehearsal and of course your wedding day from start to finish.

how many planning meetings are included in this service?

Short answer: 5.
1 - onboarding where we walk you through our wedding planning portal, create your first draft of your wedding timeline, and answer any questions to get you going in the right direction
2 - attendance at your tasting - we will be present to notate all of your preferences, make adjustments as needed to your master timeline, offer recommendations as needed
3 - 60-70 days prior to your wedding day we will have a thorough hand-off meeting with you, reach out to all vendors, and create your three timelines (guest timeline, wedding party timeline, and logistics timeline), review the layout, and write out a clear plan for our next meeting
4 - 30-40 days prior to your wedding day we share with you your wedding playbook, final timelines, and address any details remaining
5 - 7-10 days prior to your wedding we love to do a check in

how is coordination different from full planning?

Planning Services: we take the reins with all details from sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and design and we check in with you for approval along the way whereas with Coordination, you are planning your wedding, we will supply you with resources and tools and check in with you periodically but you will be handing over all wedding planning details to our team and we will make sure they happen just as you imagine them on your wedding day.

how many lt events team members can i expect on my wedding day?

At minimum, we will always have at least two LT Events planners present on your wedding day. Depending on complexities with vendor deliverables, multiple locations, decor details and/or guest count, we will be sure to bring additional staff to make sure your day runs flawlessly.
